Blue Cheese Dressing


Blue Cheese Dressing
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup Hellman's mayo
1/3 cup ranch salad dressing
2 - 3 drops of Tabasco
a dash of garlic salt
a dash of pepper
1/2 tsp parsley
a little milk or buttermilk
whisk the above then add:
2 - 3 oz crumbled blue cheese
Let sit for an hour or so before serving. If too thick, add in a little bit of milk (or buttermilk)

Indoor BBQ Chicken



Indoor Barbecued Chicken

12 Chicken thighs

1 1/2 cups chili sauce (or ketchup, I like Chili sauce)

1 1/2 cups honey

2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced

Marinate the chicken (I use all cuts not just thighs), in the last 3 ingredients for about 20 minutes. Place in baking pan (line with foil to help with clean up), skin side down and bake in 400 degree oven for 1/2 hour, turn over and use up marinate and return to oven for 45 minutes or until browned on top. I serve with scallop potatoes that I cook the last hour with the chicken.
