
1 package baby spinach
1 package spring greens
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
handful of blue cheese
8 oz candied pecans
1/4 red onion
poppy seed salad dressing
candied pecans - about 1/2 stick butter and 1/4 cup brown sugar, melt together, mix in pecans and then bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes on parchment paper. stir and let cool.
dressing - 1/2 cup veg oil (I used Canola oil)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar (I like rice vinegar)
1 t sesame seeds
2 t poppy seeds
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 of a bottle of raspberry vinaigrette dressing (I use Ken's steakhouse)
Shake ingredients for dressing in a jar.
